주요업무
– Manage all materials within project scope (calculation, purchasing, tracking, and storage)
– Oversee yard management and ensure proper material handling
– Coordinate with subcontractors for material-related activities
– Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all material operations

General Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain project schedules
– Monitor utility usage and identify cost-saving opportunities
– Ensure timely resolution of site issues and minimize production interruption
– Maintain documentation, work orders, and compliance records
– Regularly report progress to senior management
– Promote and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards

자격 요건
– Minimum of 5 years of construction experience in a plant environment (piping preferred)
– Degree or certification in Engineering or Occupational Safety (depending on role)
– OSHA 30 (Engineers) / OSHA 510 or 500 (Safety Manager) certification required
– Proven experience in safety training and accident prevention (for Safety Manager)
– Ability to regularly wear PPE (safety glasses, helmet, steel-toed shoes, harness) for up to 12 hours
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– CAD (Computer-Aided Design) skills
– Piping construction experience required
