Marketing Specialist
Description

• Sample Inventory Management
• Demand forecasting and secure proper inventory of marketing sample/tools
• Manage asset/non-asset items – PO, GR, IV, GI process
• Monthly Inventory audit and report the result
• Vendor management related quality issue/process etc.
• Estimate monthly marketing expense before closing and analyze actual expense
• Works closely with other internal divisions
• Supports sales team members
• Cost Saving
• Negotiate price with vendors
• Develop new vendor
• Enhance/change current process for cost/expense saving

Requirements
* 현재 미국내 work permit 있는 분
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred
• Other relevant experience will be considered. (Purchasing Background)
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of economics and accounting
• Mathematics
• Complex problem solving & Critical thinking
• Judgment and decision making
• Management of Financial resources
• Time management
• Intermediate Communication
