[Marketing] Marketing Administrative Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Maintains current information in corporate databases for contacts, attendee databases, sponsors and vendor lists.
Coordinate and schedule meetings
Complies post-event wrap-up reports, evaluations, and client summaries.
Provides documentation of course attendance verification or certificate of completion at the end of each educational activity, as necessary.
Conserve time of company principles by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering or directing inquiries.
Attends events as a form of continuing education or dental exhibitions and conventions in an assisting coordinator.
Monitoring and managing social media pages and posting content frequently.
Direct customer interaction on media sites and/or on-sites
Helps with content creation, company website.Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferredExperience
1-3 years in Marketing and/or administrative experienceSkills
Strong Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Outlook
Professional appearance and demeanor
Professional phone and customer service etiquette
Strong organization skills
Strong ability to work on multiple projects with cross-functional partners
Strong verbal communication and creative writing/editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical, and academic personnel.
