This position requires collaboration with cross-departmental teams to promote technological innovation and efficiency improvement to support the company's business goals. Main Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that are consistent with the company's overall business goals and market needs. Analyze market trends to ensure that production capacity is in line with demand to achieve long-term sustainable growth. Production Management: Supervise and manage the daily operations of each production line to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products. Optimize production processes and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Quality Control: Responsible for developing and maintaining a quality management system to ensure that products meet internal standards and international quality certification requirements. Supervise product quality testing and improvement plans, and promptly resolve quality issues in the production process. Team Management: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, cultivate an efficient working environment, and improve employee performance and satisfaction. Recruit, train and evaluate production managers to build a strong management team. Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual manufacturing budget, control costs, and ensure that production activities are carried out within the budget. Analyze manufacturing costs and make improvement suggestions to maximize cost-effectiveness. Technology and Innovation: Focus on the research and development and application of advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment, including automation and digital solutions. Promote cooperation between the R&D team and the manufacturing team to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into production. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, and promote the establishment and implementation of a safety culture. Job Requirements Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related fields. More than 5 years of manufacturing management experience, with a background in electronics or high-tech industries preferred. Proficient in production management and quality control processes, with knowledge of lean manufacturing. Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, and be able to motivate the team to achieve goals.
