    Job Description: Manufacturing Director
    Job Overview
    The Manufacturing Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the entire manufacturing department to ensure production efficiency and product quality. As a key member of the management team, you will lead and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure that factory operations align with corporate goals and market demands.

    Job Responsibilities
    Strategic Planning:

    Develop long-term and short-term strategies for the manufacturing department to support the company’s overall business objectives.

    Continuously evaluate production processes and technologies to identify optimization opportunities.

    Production Management:

    Oversee the execution of production plans to ensure that production targets are met on time, with quality, and on time.

    Responsible for allocating resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to improve production efficiency.

    Quality Control:

    Establish and maintain a quality management system to ensure that products meet company and industry standards.

    Analyze production data and implement improvement measures to reduce defects and improve product quality.

    Team Management:

    Lead and train the manufacturing team, develop employee skills and motivation, and foster a positive work environment.

    Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and develop individual development plans. Cost Control:

    Manage production budgets, monitor cost expenditures, and propose effective cost reduction measures.

    Identify and eliminate waste to improve resource utilization efficiency.

    Cross-departmental Collaboration:

    Work closely with R&D, Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure coordinated production processes.

    Participate in new product development and provide manufacturing feasibility analysis and recommendations.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.

    5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years of management experience.

    Familiarity with modern manufacturing management concepts such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

    Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills are required.

    Ability to navigate a rapidly changing market environment, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

    Strong data analysis skills and project management experience are required.
