Position Manager, Platform Engineering / Manager, Enterprise Solutions ------ Manager, Enterprise Solutions PURPOSE: Responsible for overall management, design, administration and optimization of Enterprise solutions for all business units that TEAM supports. Provide guidance and direction to technical staff to support TEAM business objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Lead and mentor the team to plan, operate and troubleshoot the support center’s workload. • Provide guidance and direction for a broad range of technical solutions to install, upgrade, secure, tune, monitor, and maintain Enterprise Solutions: DBMS (Oracle, Tibero, MS SQL), Middleware, Control-M, EAI WebMethods, SAP BASIS, BPEL. • Identify program needs and coordinate solutions and support. • Design and oversee efficient, effective IT management processes. • Identify and resolve user/customer issues. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent work experience (6 years experience in Information Technology) • 10 years of experience managing a technical support team. • 7+ years of experience in managing Enterprise solutions. • Experience leading a team in the integration and support of DBMS, Middleware, Control-M, EAI WebMethods, SAP BASIS, BPEL.
