Responsibilities
– Assures that product meets customer specifications through use of electrical and mechanical skills including hydraulic and pneumatic processes.
– Works with tools from prints, schematics, manuals and computer programs.
– Works with robotic processes and equipment as end-of-arm tooling, assembly fixtures, PLC programming. Performs preventative maintenance (PM) and safety checks on production equipment.
– Takes action on any unsafe or out-of-compliance issues. Complies with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures as required according to policy.Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
– Ability to read, write and perform mathematical computations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) with the aid of a calculator.
– Knowledge of PLCs and associated electronic technology
– Ability to use computer programs for troubleshooting.
– Knowledge of the plastic injection processes.
– Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic equipment and pumps and valves.
– Ability to set, install, repair and maintain specialized automation equipment.
– Experience with high (480 VAC 3 ph) and low voltage (120VAC 1 ph and 24 VDC) equipment.
– Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills.
– Ability to work with little supervision, complying with all safety procedures
– Bilingual in Korean and English is required.Benefits
