Position Overview

Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensuring overall equipment effectiveness.

Responsibilities

– Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure operational reliability
– Oversee PM (Preventive Maintenance) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities
– Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily repair tasks
– Maintain parts control through inventory, ordering, etc.
– Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
– Coordinate production to minimize downtime and support process improvements
– Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance using ERP systems
– Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
– Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures
– Clean and maintain work area (5S).
– Report on KPIs such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and maintenance costs.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
– 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
– 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
– Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance practices
– Proficiency in ERP or CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
– Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and safety compliance practices
– Bilingual in Korean and English (spoken and written)
