About Our Company:
Lotte Chemical Alabama Corp (LCAL) is looking for individuals who are driven to develop and implement great products. Here at LCAL, we make engineered plastic materials for companies in automobile industry.

Requirements & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering preferred
– Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:
– Confirm receipt of purchase orders and releases to customer and enter into system in timely manner
– Provide accompanying shipping, customs documents as well as invoices to customers
– Support customer specific financial requests upon approval from sales/account managers such as issuing rebates and/or credit memos
– Adhere to order request dates, and support request for changes in delivery dates/quantities
– Receive and notify relevant teams regarding customer complaints
– Set up new customers for Accounts Receivable and provide corresponding documents as a new supplier
– Manage Accounts Receivable and notify past-due payments
– Report monthly forecasts, sales and trends
– Assist with technical support

Knowledge & Skills
– Basic knowledge of Accounting, Finance and/or Logistics preferred
– Experience with SAP-SD preferred
– Customer orientated; excellent administrative, communication and presentation skills required
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Ability to convert unit of measure and currencies
