I am relocating to different state and need to find someone take over my apt.
Its 1 bed/1bath unit.

Located near 105, 405

Current rent $1078 and gas/water/trash is included.
(My recent moved in neighbor pays $1150 and pays all the utility separate)
Willing to give up my $800 deposit and you can take it in your pocket when the lease expires(3/1/2010).
Once lease term is over, you can go month-to-month or another lease.
So, actual rent would become $918.

The apt complex is close to balboa park, two 18 hole golf courses(walkable distance). Sherman oaks and etc.

by the law, the deposit has to make out to your name, if you are willing to lose your deposit, it’s better to explain your situation to your APT manager to break the lease. Good luck.
