Job description
1. Position: Freight Forwarding Operation Coordinator

l Job Duties and Responsibilities

– Managing all aspects of logistics for both export and import transportation

– Controlling customers services of creating air/ocean documentation

(Receiving Order, Booking with carriers, managing schedules/Tracing,

Custom Clearance, and Dispatching Trucker etc.)

– Handling overall requests from customers and communicating with

relevant counterparts

– Closing monthly statement by customers (Settlement)

→ Generate timely A/R, A/P billing and report Profit & Loss accurately.

– Managing KPI with relation to logistics operation

l Requirement

– Exceptional customer-oriented skills with a positive and proactive attitude

– Board understanding of Supply Chain Management for export/import operation

– Entry or +1 years of working experience in logistics business

– Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others

– Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly

– Eligible to work in the U.S.

2. Position: Freight Forwarding Logistics Manager

l Job Duties and Responsibilities

– Performing overall Operation and Sales activities for International Transportation including Ocean, Air and Bulk etc.

– Managing Cargo Owners for Customer Sales

– Strengthening Global Logistics Networks by developing oversea partners

– Being capable of Domestics and International Logistics Consulting and

Strategic Planning

– Managing sales team members and controlling overall office management

– Analyzing Sales Data and Supervising Sales Reports

l Requirement

– More than 5 year of Experience in International Logistics Operation and Sales

– Being Capable of Performing Competitive Sales toward Mid-Sized or larger manufacturers

– Properly Managing Forwarding Operation for Ocean, Air, Bulk, and Project Cargoes

– Ability to Set up Logistics Consulting and Strategic Planning

– Efficient Skill to Prepare Timely Reports and Meetings for Operation and Sales

– Eligible to work in the U.S.

[Preferential Qualification]

– Business and Logistics related Majors with Bachelor’s Degree

– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

– Experienced in international transportation and Project Cargoes

– Must be bilingual in Korea and English (Verbal and Written)

[Working Conditions]

– Job Type: Full Time

– Working Hour: Mon~Fri / 08:30 AM ~ 05:30 PM

– Expected Wage (Varies depending on capability and experience)

→$45K(Entry Level) ~ $65K(Experienced)

→ $70K ~ 100K(Manager)
