    Job Duties

    Responsibilities:
    – Manage shipments for customers effectively and processes Delivery Request through ERP system
    – Monitor in transit shipments schedule for Sales Team and provide in transit lists on a daily basis
    – Check released shipments delivery status and request required documents to
    forwarders
    – Check DR information and process receiving, packing, shipping
    – Confirm Receiving, Packing, Shipping in process in ERP system binding complete
    packet of documents for Accounting
    – Logistics costs management
    – Request invoices to forwarders
    – Cross check invoice information
    – Input the invoices in EVF system for A/P
    – Make invoice list for future reference
    – Report logistics detailed costs and process analysis every month
    – Communicate with Warehouse workers to manage and control inventory effectively
    – Comply with the Company’s policy
    – Other duties as assigned

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities and Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:
    • Logistics Operations (55%)
    • Costs Management (30%)
    • Warehouse contact and provide instructions regarding our inventory (15%)

    Job Qualifications

          – 2+ experience in logistics
    – Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting preferred
    – Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle
    – Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
    – Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
    – Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized
    – Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
    – Bilingual (Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese or Korean) a plus
