Job Title: Logistic Coordinator_ IB Control Tower Group Staff
Work Type: 1 year Contract + Extension
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (subject to changed)

주요 업무 (Responsibilities):
– 계약 및 업무 수행 시 발생할 수 있는 리스크를 파악하고 해결 방안 마련
– 해운사, 철도, 트럭/드레이지 업체, 항만 터미널 등과 협력하여 문제 해결 및 효율적인 운송 관리
– 선박 입항부터 최종 배송지까지의 운송 진행 상황 모니터링
– 정기 선적 현황을 관리하고 본사 및 고객에게 보고
– 데이터 분석을 통한 물류 유통상의 문제점 파악 및 관련 부서와 협력하여 해결 방안 모색
– 드레이지(Drayage) 운송 관련 주요 성과 지표(KPI) 월별 분석 및 보고
– 고객 대상 배송 현황 보고서 작성 및 공유
– 물류비 점검 및 비용 절감 방안 발굴
– 지역 및 거점의 운영상 문제를 식별하여 해결 방안을 수립하고, 창고/내륙 운송 등 물류 유형별 점검 기준 마련
– 운송사, 해운사, 고객, 내부 부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 채널 구축 및 정기 미팅 운영
– 필요 시 Ad-hoc 보고서 작성
– 기타 관련 업무 수행

자격 요건 (Requirements / Qualifications):
– GED / 학사 학위 이상 (우대)
– 복합 운송(해상, 철도, 트럭 등) 경로 설정 및 최적화 경험
– 운송 계획 수립 및 물류비 절감 관련 경험
– 창고 운영 및 내륙 운송 관리 경험
– 긍정적인 마인드와 협업 능력
– MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 숙련자 (특히 VLOOKUP 및 pivot tables 활용 능력 필수)
– 업무 우선순위 설정 및 문제 해결 능력 보유자

Responsibilities:
– Identify various risks that can occur at the time of concluding a contract or business execution and establish alternatives to hedge them.
– Resolve issues through close relationships with shipping companies and execution companies (such as rail companies, trucking/drayage companies, port terminals) and secure favorable transportation resources and fares compared to competitors. (This includes monitoring delivery progress from mainly ocean shipping vessels to final delivery destinations)
– Making simple tools to manage regular shipment monitoring status and report to upper management, customers, and HQ
– Analyze data to find out the pending issues in terms of seamless movement and share with related parties to resolve the issues.
– Analyze and Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for drayage deliveries
– Establish delivery status report and share with customers
– Establish a plan for innovation tasks in regions/bases, check logistics costs, and discover cost reduction tasks.
– Identify pending operational issues in regions/bases to establish solutions, and inspection standards for each type of logistics such as warehouse/inland transportation.
– Establish communication channels and regular meeting sessions with carriers, SSL, customers, and internal departments.
– Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
– Perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements/Qualifications:
GED / Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with route setup, finding the optimal route with various transport modes and multimodal transport and setup for transport
Experience in establishing a transport plan that can optimize loading rate, transport time and logistics cost
Experience in establishing and managing a logistics process for each type, such as warehouse operation/local transportation and operating guidelines.
A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
Proficient in Outlook, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) required (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
Prioritization skill, able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
