This position requires close cooperation with the senior management team, R&D department and other relevant departments to achieve the company's strategic goals and performance indicators. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the strategic plan of the battery production plant to ensure consistency with the overall company goals. Identify market trends and opportunities to promote new product development and market expansion. Production Management: Coordinate the production process of batteries to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and quality management. Conduct production efficiency analysis and implement improvement measures to increase production capacity and reduce scrap rate. Team Management: Recruit, train and develop employees to build an efficient team. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and guidance to promote individual and team development. Quality Management: Ensure that battery products meet company quality standards and international safety regulations. Lead quality control procedures and handle customer feedback and complaints. Budget and Cost Control: Formulate and manage the financial budget of the battery factory, control operating costs, and optimize resource allocation. Analyze cost structure and find opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science or related fields. Experience: More than 5 years of management experience in manufacturing industry, especially those with management experience in batteries or related fields are preferred. Have rich experience in production management, quality control and team leadership. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
