Job description & Responsibilities
– Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
– Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test
– Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests
– Use sheet extrusion and injection machine for finished product test
– Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
– Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
– Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
– Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
– View the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
– Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
– Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
– Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
– Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
– Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
– Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
– Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
– Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
– Monitor risk management activities
– Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Qualifications
– Bachelors degree preferred
– Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
– At least 2-3 years of quality inspection, auditing and testing experience is preferred
– Ability to forge good teamwork as well as with other departments.
– Experience with SAP LIMS/QM preferred
– Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
