Qualification:

• Experience in inspection and measurement of auto body parts plus but not requiredThe Quality Control Specialist may visually inspect or manually test raw materials or complete
products of automobile components, before, during, or after the manufacturing process. Specialists
may also run and monitor inspection equipment, as well as record and analyze quality data. The main
objective is to test the product for its intended use and make sure it performs up to the
manufacturer’s specifications. May perform duties in a workstation, assembly line, measuring room,
or a department office. This position is also responsible for ensuring plant quality control procedures
are being followed to prevent the production of bad or unacceptable blocks.*** Engineering Specialist
Qualification:
• Ability to perform advanced office function using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience on Robotics programming and applications (Kuka, Yaskawa) plus but not required
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, auto parts manufacturing experience plus but not required
• Experience on Hot-press forming or PLC platforms such as Melsec, or Mitsubishi plus but not required
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and value engineering preferred.
• Strong math skills, with capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and
statistical operations.As a strategic partner, the Production Engineering Specialist ensures the performance of facility
equipment and processes including management of maintenance staff in auto body parts manufacturer.
These duties include reviewing and distributing work and personnel schedules, conferring with
department management to determine the progress of work and completion dates, and compiling
reports on the progress of work, labor hours, costs, and production problems. This role is also
responsible to maintain, troubleshoot, and/or test robotic equipment or related automated production
systems. Most tasks involve establishing records and information, as well as managing the operation of
all equipment and robotic processes for the facility.*** Production Control Specialist
Qualification:
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience plus but not required.
• Overtime expected and required on short notice, with flexibility based on plant production
schedules.
• Strong math skills, with capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and
statistical operations.As a strategic partner, the Production Control Specialist coordinates and expedites the flow of work and
materials according to production schedule. These duties include reviewing and distributing shipment
schedules, conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion
dates, and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
Accordingly, duties may also include monitoring production rates, contacting customer and checking
inventories. Most tasks involve data entry, updating records and information.*** Quality Control Assistant Manager
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related fields, preferred.
• Knowledge of computer and measuring instruments.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing company huge plus
• 2+ year of experience in inspection or QC
• 2+ years in QC or Production Experience.

schedules.The Quality Control Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring raw materials and manufactured
products of automobile components meet set standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The
Assistant Manager may visually inspect or manually test raw materials or complete products of
automobile components, before, during, or after the manufacturing process. This position is also
responsible for evaluating client requirements to ensure their needs are met by set customer service
standards. The main objective is to test the product for its intended use and make sure it performs up
to the manufacturer’s specifications. May assist with establishing procedures and processes for
sampling, recording, and reporting of quality data and ensure plant quality control procedures are
being followed to prevent the production of bad or unacceptable blocks.
