    Job Title: Industrial Manufacturing Director
    Department: Manufacturing
    Reporting to: COO/GM

    Job Overview:
    The Industrial Manufacturing Director is responsible for overall leadership of the company’s manufacturing operations, ensuring production process efficiency, product quality and cost control, and promoting the company’s sustainable development. This position requires close coordination and cooperation with other departments to achieve the company’s strategic goals.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:

    Develop and implement strategic plans for industrial manufacturing to support the company’s long-term development goals.

    Analyze market and technology trends, identify new opportunities and risks, and optimize production layout and processes.

    Total Production Management:

    Responsible for the daily operation of the production line to ensure that production tasks are completed on time and in quality.

    Monitor production efficiency, resource utilization and output, make improvement suggestions, and improve overall productivity.

    Quality Assurance:

    Establish and maintain a strong quality management system to ensure that products meet customer and industry standards.

    Organize and implement internal audits and quality inspections to promote quality improvement plans.

    Team Building and Talent Development:

    Recruit, train and manage production teams to enhance employees’ professional capabilities and teamwork.
    Develop employee development plans and motivate team members to achieve career and business goals.
    Safety and Environmental Management:
    Ensure that all production activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
    Promote a safety culture to reduce risks and accident rates during production.
    Cost Control and Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the budget of the manufacturing department, control production costs, and improve profit margins.
    Conduct cost analysis and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
    New Product Development and Project Management:
    Participate in the development plan of new products and coordinate resources from various departments to ensure that the project proceeds as planned.
    Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of production equipment to support technological progress and product innovation.
    Cross-departmental cooperation:
    Work closely with procurement, R&D, sales and other departments to ensure timely supply of production materials and smooth product delivery.
    Participate in the formulation of overall supply chain strategies to optimize logistics and inventory management.
    Job Requirements:
    Education Background:
    Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering or related majors, master’s degree preferred.
    Work Experience:
    More than 8 years of work experience in industrial manufacturing and at least 3 years of senior management experience.
    Priority will be given to applicants with working experience in leading companies in related industries (such as electronics, automobiles, consumer products, etc.).
    Skill requirements:

    Familiar with manufacturing standards, process optimization technology and quality management systems (such as ISO, Six Sigma).
    Excellent leadership, communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
    Possess project management skills and be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
    Other requirements:

    Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
    Sharp business insight and good problem-solving skills.
    Fluent in English and able to communicate professionally.
