With the expansion of production capacity and accelerated R&D investment, we are seeking several outstanding talents across the US for Senior Manufacturing and Design & R&D positions to join our core team and shape the future of the energy industry. Key Responsibilities Senior Manufacturing Position Responsible for optimizing and continuously improving battery production processes to ensure a balance between quality, efficiency, and cost. Lead the production line team, promoting safe production, quality control, and process standardization. Participate in new plant commissioning, production line introduction, and equipment commissioning to ensure smooth mass production. Work with cross-functional teams to promote lean production and automation upgrades. Design & R&D Position Responsible for the design, verification, and performance optimization of new battery products. Participate in innovations in materials, structures, and processes to advance the implementation of next-generation battery technologies. Develop R&D project plans, track progress, and ensure delivery results. Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to enhance product manufacturability and reliability. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, materials science, chemistry, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. Work Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing or R&D experience. Background in battery, new energy, automotive, or electronics manufacturing is preferred. Skills Requirements: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, or R&D process management. Proficient in cross-departmental communication and coordination, and team leadership experience. Fluent in English and adaptable to cross-cultural collaboration. Certifications (if any): PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or engineer's license are a plus.
