Logistics Operations Specialist I
Location: Carson, CA

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound orders and shipments from customers and agents.
- Perform data entry, process documentation, and manage shipment records accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses as part of daily operational procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate customer support, including real-time tracking updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Review and report on profit and loss performance; manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Administer weekly and monthly freight payment reports, including accruals.

- Perform daily task (daily report / shipment tracking / communicate with clients, etc.)
- Gather information from clients to determine their shipping needs.
- Obtain shipping quotes from carriers and passing them on to clients.

Customs Service Specialist II
Location: Compton, CA

- Provide and confirm transportation schedules (pickup/delivery ETA)
- Receive and reflect customer requests (e.g., special storage, equipment needs)
- Notify and coordinate in advance/in hindsight regarding delays, layovers, oversize issues
- Manage shipping requests and Scheduling
- Create and track orders based on reference numbers(B/L, CNTR #)
- Secure appointment slots at terminals
- Share and re-coordinate immediately in case of chages or cancellations
- Deliver driver instructions

Qualifications:

- Must be detailed oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize
- Must be a team player and also be able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to focus and work in a high paced multi-tasking environment
- May have travel to job site and port/CFS facilities
- Proficient in Korean &amp; English required

Salary: $58,000 – $68,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
