■ 직무명 : Retail Sales Dept. Marketing Team – Marketing Assistant Manager

■ 업무내용 :
1. Research and analyze market trends, audience insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
Plan, execute, and oversee social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
2. Work closely with the internal teams to coordinate promotional schedules, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns.
3. Plan and develop content in advance to support upcoming promotions, aligning with key sales events and marketing strategies.
4. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and engagement, especially for new product launches.
5. Manage and coordinate with PR agencies to develop and implement public relations, promotional, and media strategies.
Review and analyze PR reports to strengthen the company’s public image and ensure positive media coverage.
6. Communicate with the headquarters in Korea, providing periodic reports and aligning on marketing strategies.
7. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
8. Utilize design tools (e.g., Photoshop) for basic content creation and visual asset adjustments when needed.

■ 자격요건 :
– 학사 학위 이상
– 3~5년 이내 경력자 지원 가능
– Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, including trends and best practices.
– Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to align promotional activities with marketing efforts.
– Experience preparing marketing reports and presentations for management.

■ 연봉 : $60K~$75K/year
