We require long-term commitment and provide a competitive benefit package. Job Duties - Discuss legal objectives with clients and work to assure they are met. - Manage various projects and deadlines. - Negotiate, prepare, and revise documents. - Explain legal languages. - Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes, judicial decisions, and statutes. - Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect immigration. - Develop solutions to complex legal questions. - Provide training to companies and individuals on substantive legal topics and updates about new immigration laws and regulations. - Enthusiastically assist with marketing of existing service offerings. - Provide input of new services and market strategies.
