    RB Warehouse Logistics Supervisor
    Coppell, TX (Fully on-site (9am to 6 pm), WFH under manager’s decision if necessary)
    12 months Contract

    Position Summary:
    Seeking a RB Warehouse Logistics Supervisor within the Team to lead inventory control and logistics support for RB operations. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse inventory accuracy, managing inbound shipments from overseas, ensuring timely outbound shipping to customers, and supporting the execution of both system and physical transactions of the inventory. The role involves close coordination with freight forwarders, warehouse vendors, quality assurance (QA), and the customer account management (CAM) team to ensure operational compliance, support carrier programs, and maintain end-to-end logistics traceability.
    Role and Responsibilities:
    Manage warehouse inventory accuracy and oversee daily RMA shipping execution to meet customer delivery timelines
    Handle inbound air shipments from Vietnam, track shipment progress, ensure timely receiving, and coordinate carrier pickup
    Register scrap devices in system, coordinate physical destruction, and maintain scrap tracking records for audit compliance
    Support in-house repair processes including SKU conversion and buffer stock builds through system registration, physical shipment execution, and detailed inventory tracking
    Coordinate with QA to ensure inventory quality standards and follow up on inspection results or required actions
    Work closely with CAM to reflect carrier shipping requirements, align picking logic, commit inventory movement, and support carrier-specific programs such as Reman 2.5% seed stock, FAI, and EWP
    Maintain and update records related to physical inventory movement, device repair status, and scrap disposition
    Collaborate with 3rd-party logistics and dock vendors to ensure smooth operation and timely inventory flow
    Generate regular reports on inbound shipment tracking, parts inventory status, and physical inventory actions
    Ensure compliance with import control processes by monitoring inbound shipment records for duty-related data integrity
    Skills and Qualifications
    Background/Experience
    Required a High School diploma or above
    At least 1-2 years of relative verifiable professional experiences (Warehouse operation, Inventory Control or 3rd party vendor Management operation) are preferred.
    Strong understanding of handling for both air and truck shipment and related documentation
    Previous experience in the telecommunications industry a plus.
    Necessary Skills and Attributes
    Ability to development and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company and with external contacts including customers, authorized service agents, etc.
    Ability to identify the business needs driving internal / external customer requests and translate into company objective
    Demonstrated expertise working with related systems and effective 3rd party vendor performance management is preferred.
    Work under very little supervision and guidance to identify and ensure achievement of team goals and to complete individual work assignments within established time frames.
    Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
    Aptitude for fostering positive relationships and Teamwork
    Familiarity with U.S. import processes and related documentation tracking
    Must have advanced Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint preparation skills
    Bilingual in Korean is highly preferred
    Physical/Mental Demands:
    Work is generally performed in both an office and warehouse environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a monitor more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction and moderate hand / finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PC’s, printers, copiers, faxes and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on task. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest and ethical responsibilities.
    Education and Years of Experience:
    Bachelor s Degree in business or related field
    5-7 years of Experience.
