Fluency in both Korean and English; Must be able to speak and write the Korean Language

Job description
Our company seeks Sales Specialist to sell advertising in Texas and Nationwide. Our portfolio includes a newspaper, annual directory book, social media marketing, magazines, and a related website.

Media sales suits people who are naturally outgoing and sociable. An excellent telephone manner is essential as are written and oral communication skills. Media sales executives need to possess or develop the ability to persuade clients of the merits of the product they are selling.

They need good negotiation skills and the ability to respond to objections. Media sales executives need to be persistent, resilient, and able to handle pressure but also be good listeners to understand clients’ needs. They need to have a good awareness of targets and revenue and have strong self-discipline and attention to detail.
Fluency in Korean and English
Energetic, optimistic self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communicator (Communicates with customers in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs)
Sets sales meetings with prospective clients
Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
Find potential customers through networking, cold calling, and industry research to increase sales
Technologically proficient – Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and Adobe
Basic knowledge in retail and service-related businesses (the ability to meet with a business owner or decision-maker, understand the business and its marketing needs, and recommend a marketing program)
Enjoy fast paced
Media sales experience isn’t necessary although general sales experience is preferred.

The basic workweek is 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Valid Driver’s License, with a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background check

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience: Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
