We are a Commercial General Contractor Est. 2015 in the United States under our parent company Younchang Engineering based out of South Korea, with numerous branches established in the International community.

We are currently hiring entry to mid-level professionals with an education background in Construction related majors.
The Construction Management Specialist will work with architects and engineers to plan and design construction projects, ensuring that project goals are met and that projects are within budget.

Few key responsibilities are but not limited to;
• Responsibility for the implementation and management of construction projects within the set time and budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Direct and supervise the development of project plans and ensure plans are followed.
• Maintain and manage an open line of communication between contractors and subcontractors.
• Act as the main point of customer contact for the project delivery and issues mitigation.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor /Associate degree in Architecture, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or other applicable field of study, Engineering degree preferred.
• Languages:
o Korean, Required.
o English, Preferred.
