HR System Build-Out - Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows from scratch - Develop employee handbook, onboarding structure, and compliance framework 2. Payroll & Benefits Administration - Oversee payroll processing, benefits (health insurance, 401k), and vendor coordination - Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations 3. Recruiting & Talent Operations - Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding - Partner with leadership to support hiring strategy and workforce planning 4. Employee Relations & HR Support - Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, performance issues, and HR guidance - Build a positive and structured workplace culture 5. HR Data & Compliance - Maintain HRIS systems, employee records, and reporting - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies 6.
