You will support sales execution by monitoring KPIs, coordinating cross-functional communication, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely follow-up. This role is critical for operational discipline, visibility, and alignment between strategic HQ objectives and U.S. sales execution. <strong> Job Description</strong> 1. HQ – U.S. Sales Coordination Act as a liaison between HQ and U.S. sales team Consolidate and report weekly/monthly sales updates to HQ Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups Translate strategic HQ directions into actionable tasks Support executive-level report and presentation preparation 2. Sales KPI Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs: pipeline, MQL, SQL, revenue forecast, conversion rates Monitor CRM data accuracy Prepare performance dashboards and weekly pipeline reports Identify KPI gaps and escalate risks Support annual and quarterly sales target planning 3. Sales Operations & Task Management Monitor task progress and deadlines for sales team Manage follow-up emails and documentation Support contract coordination (legal review, document management) Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and meeting summaries Maintain structured records of customer interactions 4.
