Junior Planning Associate – Bilingual in Korean

Full-Time/OnsiteThe Junior Planning Associate acts as a key operational bridge between HQ and the U.S. Sales Team. You will support sales execution by monitoring KPIs, coordinating cross-functional communication, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely follow-up. This role is critical for operational discipline, visibility, and alignment between strategic HQ objectives and U.S. sales execution.
Job Description
1. HQ – U.S. Sales Coordination
Act as a liaison between HQ and U.S. sales team
Consolidate and report weekly/monthly sales updates to HQ
Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
Translate strategic HQ directions into actionable tasks
Support executive-level report and presentation preparation2. Sales KPI Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs: pipeline, MQL, SQL, revenue forecast, conversion rates
Monitor CRM data accuracy
Prepare performance dashboards and weekly pipeline reports
Identify KPI gaps and escalate risks
Support annual and quarterly sales target planning3. Sales Operations & Task Management
Monitor task progress and deadlines for sales team
Manage follow-up emails and documentation
Support contract coordination (legal review, document management)
Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and meeting summaries
Maintain structured records of customer interactions4. Sales Support Function
Assist in leadership reporting
Support events: expos, trade shows, client meetings
Coordinate internal resources (product, technical, HQ) for sales opportunities
Support onboarding and documentation for new customers
Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in planning, sales operations, business coordination, or similar role
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
Excellent English communication skills; Korean preferred
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred:
Experience working in HQ–overseas structure
Experience in SaaS or enterprise solution sales

Pay: $58,000 – $67,000 (based on experience, skillset, and qualifications)
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus
