This role will assist manufacturing teams by providing technical support during assembly, troubleshooting, and issue resolution processes. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in mechanical systems, production support, and continuous improvement activities within a manufacturing environment. <strong> Key Responsibilities</strong> • Support manufacturing teams with technical assistance during assembly, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in the production process • Assist with routine inspections, maintenance, and testing of mechanical components to ensure performance and safety standards are met • Collect and organize data from system tests to help identify potential improvements in performance and efficiency • Participate in project planning and on-site support activities to help verify system functionality and troubleshoot equipment issues • Assist in creating and updating mechanical designs, drawings, and models for product development and modifications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day production and engineering operations Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Logistics, or a related field • 0–4 years of experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing support, or related roles • Basic knowledge of manufacturing or logistics processes • Familiarity with material handling equipment or process automation • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members • Willingness to learn and develop hands-on mechanical skills in a production environment Preferred Experience • Internship, co-op, or project-based experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering • Exposure to automated material handling systems such as conveyors or AGVs • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a plus • Exposure to mechanical engineering systems, ERP, or MES used for managing production logistics <strong> Please send your resume to – Jenniferk@sbtgus.com</strong> I agree to the terms of service Update List
