Job Description Production Manager is a full time permanent employee of Joynus reporting to a client company's CEO. On behalf of Joynus, production manager will use Joynus resources to ensure a steady level of workforce and manage client's requests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises all assembly, shipping, receiving, and packing activities performed by assembly staff. Coordinate with Production control in attaining the efficiency of the daily production schedule. Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to the work area Review and submit daily production report on time. Report to management relevant activities happening during the shift. Maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy. Reviews prioritize and organize all orders during a shift. Report equipment maintenance in breakdown situations. Coordinates with the staffing manager to manage personnel issues including but not limited to interviewing candidates, hiring/termination of assignment, time card approval, daily and weekly overtime, and training. Performs required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence. Ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by the crew. Assists with inventory activities. Oversees the sanitation activities performed in the warehouse. Performs other duties as assigned by Upper management and/or Production Control Manager. REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following: Calculate figures and amounts. Stand for long periods of time. Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds with assistance. Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Understand and respond to a diverse population. Excellent in Microsoft Excel Must be fluent in English and Korean Minimum 5 years of production experience WORK ENVIRONMENT: A large percentage of work time is spent in a warehouse where temperatures are cool/hot and noise level can be moderate to high.
