Jeffrey Freight Lines a leader in trucking in RGV is searching for Operation & Planning to work in a Trucking environment. We are currently looking for a person that has a good attention to details to work in our McAllen,TX office. You must be focused, positive and professional.

KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Registering customer on the system
• Managing, Reviewing Proof of Delivery documentation and scanning to input data
• Generates billing invoice with appropriate computer systems and send invoices to customers.
• Communicate with Dispatch and Shipping Department to ensure orders are picked, loaded and shipped in an accurate and timely manner
• Managing the drivers salary
• Record and maintain files of pick-up/delivery information, truck breakdowns, expenses , and proofs of deliveries
• Monthly closing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
• Computer knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
• Experience in trucking and Logistics is a big +
• Bilingual Spanish is also a big +
• Data Entry – alpha numeric

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
