JAYJUN is Asia’s leading K-beauty brand known for its sheet masks and skin-care products. Our new office in Greater Austin, Texas is looking for Human Resources (HR) & Operations Coordinator. This position’s essential functions include, but are not limited to the following; Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and issuing employment contracts. Assist with payroll and Ad Hoc HR projects. Assist with the CEO of daily operational activities. Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment. Communicate with HQ (Seoul, Korea) for marketing, HR, and other required tasks. Assist various departments with data extraction and report creation as needed General office administrative duties Requirements; Proficiency in MS Office, especially EXCEL. Bilingual: MUST BE FLUENT IN KOREAN AND ENGLISH. Current place of residence: Greater Austin, Texas Experience in office management or an administrative role. Administrative, detail-oriented, and organizational skills Job Type: Full Time Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year, depending on experience.
