Summary The Assistant Manager - IT Applications position is primarily responsible for full-stack Java development, including database integration, and works closely with business teams to analyze processes and information needs. The role clearly identifies and documents project requirements for technology solutions and serves as a strategic partner between business clients, technical development teams, vendors, and third-party administrators.
