I have a question regarding to J1 waiver. I currently approved I-140 under NIW and I am waiting for applying to I-485.
My current status is J1 and i think i may need to get waiver to change my status. As i know i need to prepared several documentation to get a “no objection statement”.
One of my question, how detail i should describe the reason for applying waiver? Should i mention that I am trying to get a green card for reason?
Unfortunately, there is not any source to get a reference for this kind of letter, so I am little bit confused to write on.
If anyone knows, please advise me..It would be really helpful!!
