Now Editing “J1 -> h1b transfer 중 I-485 접수” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요. 현재 학교에서 J1 으로 일하고 있고 H1b 승인 후 I-485 접수 (NIW I-140 접수완료) 하려고 H1b transfer 중입니다. 학교 HR에 문의해보니 prevailing wage determination 단계라고 했고, 너무 오래걸릴것 같아 H 1b 승인전에 I-485를 접수하고 싶습니다. 11월경에 I-485를 접수하려고 계획중인데 I-485 펜딩중에 J1에서 H1b로 바꿔도 상관없을까요? 그럼 답변 감사드립니다.
