Detailed Description

• BS/BA degree preferred, or equivalent work experience and TelCom industry training
• 3+ years AVAYA ACD/PBX system operations experience
• Strong working knowledge with CTI system including AVAYA AES TSAPI, AVAYA CMAPI/DMCC
• Previous management experience leading a team of IT Professionals required
• Bilingual skills (Korean/English)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is necessary
