This position is responsible for a full range of technical support, oversee, and troubleshoot for software, hardware, backup solution and storage equipment throughout the enterprise. Please visit https://www.hhiamerica.com Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): • Manage systems and applications software, hardware, and all configurations as an administrator • Support to install, upgrade diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems • Monitor and maintain assigned applications in their proper operating condition to meet business requirements • Administer Legacy Software, Backup Solution, Backup Storage, Company site, Software License Management, and so on • Analyze root cause of problems and establish the prevention measures • Perform regular full and incremental backups of all systems and servers • Research, recommend, develop, test, and implement new hardware, software, technologies, applications to help improve systems • Maintain company homepage, meeting conference systems, and cloud solutions • Work on projects, as assigned, to help further the company’s goals • Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications: • 0 ~ 2 years of experience or OPT • Knowledge of Windows10 and Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and general desktop support issues • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc) • Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts and administration • Ability to analyze information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment • Ability to work independently or in a team • Takes initiative, self-motivated • Ability to interact with various levels of the organization • Ability to build credibility and trust within the organization Preferred: • BS/BA in Computer Science/Information Systems is preferred • Experience working in a manufacturing environment Benefits: • 401k matching • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance • Visa(H1 or E2) and Green Card Sponsorship • Overtime after 40 hours per week • $1,000 signup bonus ($500 each after 3 months and 9 months) Location: • Montgomery, AL If you are interested in this full time position, please send your resume to jason.pease@hhiamerica.com.
