This position also includes responsibility for handling how computers connect to the network; printing both locally and on the network. <strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> -Network infrastructure-monitoring traffic, stoage space, printers, connections to servers and switches. -Setting up new employee equipment (laptops, desktops, smartphones, etc.) -Manage local hosted Exchange server -IT inventory management, tracking and ordering assets (software, hardware, etc.) -Acts as the liasion withIT Managed Service Provider. -Working in conjuction with other IT personnel to resolve problems as quickly as possible. -Troubleshooting and conducting tests to determine whether equipment, software or procedures are operating as expected. -Information Technology project management. -Other duties as assigned. <strong>Skills /Requirements:</strong> -Ability to identify network, software and basic hardware problem sources and apply appropriate corrective procedures. -Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills. -Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines. -Candidate shall also possess a willingness to work with a diverse group and adapt to cultural differences. <strong>Education/Training /Experience :</strong> -Associate Degree in a technical field and 4 years directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or directly related Technical experience required.
