About us
Alta H2 Systems Inc. is a company in Information Technology located in Suwanee, GA. We are looking to add a member to our IT team and support our fantastic clients! You will have the opportunity to expand your computer and networking skills by building new networks for our clients and support our existing clients. Our most successful candidate has a troubleshooting skill and background, an A+ certification or experience working on computers and laptops.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide effective end user support and issue resolution via emails, phone calls, etc.
• Collect detailed information to effectively diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Research questions using available information resources
• Advise users on appropriate action or tasks
• Follow standard help desk procedures and guidelines
• Log all support calls, e-mails, and exchanges in ticket system
• Promote proactive support actions to prevent errors reoccurring
• Participate in large-scale hardware and software rollouts
• Manage and monitor status of Server backups
• Provide off-hours coverage and emergency support as needed
• Keep an inventory of all electronic components
• Escalate problems to appropriate resource as needed
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, and abilities)
• 0 to 2 years performing technical support help desk role
• Exceptional customer service skills with experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware related problems
• Solid knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of IP networking
• Strong hardware and network connectivity trouble-shooting skills, via phone and remote access.
• AV and Malware related troubleshooting and resolution
• Network Printers and/or Scanner troubleshooting and setup
• Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Exchange.
• Previous experience using call tracking system.
• Ability to interact with end-users, Vendors, and Client IT departments.
• Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction.
• Ability and willingness to work some after hour and rotating schedule as needed to meet client needs.
Certification, Licenses
· One IT certification in the following: (A+, Network+), preferred.

· Full-time
Salary:
· $40K-60K
