IT Manager
Job Summary:
Provides software, hardware and network support, training and troubleshooting. Provide operational support for the company.
Responsibility:
Information Technology
- System administrator
- Develop, implement, and reviews companywide policy for information technology related issues, including, information security, communication devices, etc.
- Monitor health of PCs, servers, and network
- Recommend hardware/OS replacement and upgrade, and configure new PCs/servers for use
- Manage PC/server backup/restore hardware, tools and processes
- Security administration
- Manage virtual access control processes
- Control User IDs and temporary passwords of new users and terminated employees
- Monitor/manage VPN, IPS, IDS and firewall,
- Manage physical security
- Monitor and enforce physical security of computers, drives, and etc
- Manage virtual access control processes
- User support
- Installs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and provides technical service support network hardware and software
- Serves as a liaison between HQ and employees to resolve issues regarding ERP system.
- Generate sales and other reports as requested
- Equipment management
- Coordinate purchases/lease, maintenance and upgrades of IT equipment, such as PC, monitor, printer, communication devices (both wired and wireless) and accessories
- Review and process the invoices related to IT equipments
- Fixed assets
- Perform physical and system audit of fixed assets of IT related equipments.
General Affair
- Provide operational support for all
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow policy and procedure of the company.
