The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise not only in basic hardware and network management but also in advanced enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, and SCM. - Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, network, and software systems. • Ensure the efficient operation of key enterprise systems, including SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and SCM (Supply Chain Management). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize the use of SAP, MES, and SCM systems across the organization. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure and business-critical systems. • Manage IT infrastructure projects, including hardware upgrades, software deployments, and system integrations. • Maintain and ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems and applications. • Provide support and training to staff on SAP, MES, and SCM systems, ensuring smooth adoption and usage. • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure best practices. • Work closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all IT systems. • Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection standards, and IT security protocols. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a focus on hardware, SAP, MES, and SCM systems. • Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise system management. • Hands-on experience with SAP, MES, and SCM systems implementation, customization, and support. • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management skills. • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in IT security management and data protection protocols. • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively. - Preferred Skills: • Experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure and systems. • Certifications related to SAP, MES, or SCM (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate). • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for IT management.
