    IT Help Desk Specialist (Korean Bilingual)
    San Jose, CA / Northern California (San Francisco Bay Area)
    Full-Time
    Hourly Rate: $29.00 – $32.00 (DOE)
    Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Korean / English Bilingual Required


    Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

    Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person

    Assist users in resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues

    Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, step-by-step solutions

    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users

    Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT support teams

    Perform root cause analysis and help implement solutions to prevent recurring issues

    Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and system updates

    Create and update knowledge base documentation for user self-service

    Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems

    Troubleshoot issues related to LAN, WAN, and other network systems

    Conduct routine system checks and maintenance to ensure stability and security

    Provide basic user training on hardware and software usage

    Develop user guides and tutorials for common IT issues

    Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to resolve complex problems

    Participate in meetings and contribute to improving IT support processes

    Qualifications / Skills

    Proven experience as IT Help Desk Support, IT Support Specialist, or similar role

    Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methods

    Familiarity with help desk systems and remote support tools

    Strong communication and customer service skills

    Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

    Korean and English bilingual required

    Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
