We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. <strong>Summary</strong> The Administrator, IT position will manage the administration of the corporate network, servers, security infrastructure, & all IT associated hardware/software. This role will also provide project management and assistance with IT and operational projects, and also will perform routine and preventive maintenance and back-ups, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. <strong>Responsibilities</strong> <strong>IT Project Management and Asset Management</strong> • The preparation of device procurement proposals under IT management direction • Perform asset management for all IT related assets at HQ • Coordinate and act as lead for asset management for all remote sites • Asset lease administration • Management and administration of IT mobile devices PDAs from various manufacturers (Motorola, Psion Teklogix, ATID, PointMobile, Bluebird) running Windows CE/Mobile, Android, etc. <strong>Administration of Network/Servers/VoIP/Security Infrastructure </strong> • Management and administration of the network/systems/VoIP/security hardware, software, and policies (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL, SSH, etc.) • Management and administration of mobile devices (PDAs, tablets, etc) • Research for the enhancement and improvement of IT network/VoIP systems • Analyze issues or requirements and resolve/propose a solution • Train users about new systems and software • Monitor network/system failures/performance and resolve in a timely manner • Act as a liaison with HAEA and other CBU team members • Advises team members on technical issues and provides end-user technical support <strong>Management and Administration of Desktop Support</strong> • Deploy new client systems (desktop computers, laptop computers, and related peripherals) • Research and develop IT solutions using current and emerging technologies • Troubleshoot and resolve client system hardware and software issues • Train users about new systems and software and advise team members on technical issues • Provide end-user technical support <strong>Other duties as assigned</strong> <strong>Skills</strong> • LAN, WLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, SSH, SSL, DHCP, DNS, VPN, FTP, SFTP, OSI, BGP, OSPF, EIGR • MS Windows 7 & 10, AD DS, IIS, MMC • Powershell • Ability to understand and collaboratively work for projects/systems development • Proven reliability and very dependable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Team-oriented but also has the ability to work independently • Excellent skills in using PCs <strong>Education & Experience</strong> • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
