    Hello,

    I am currently working with EAD, and my I-485 is pending. (I-140 has been approved)
    I switched from H1B to EAD about one years ago.
    My current EAD will be expired by 4/2011.

    I am thinking about visiting to Korea at the end of this year (Nov or Dec)..
    Probably about 2 weeks.

    1. I need to apply for Advance Parole, don’t I?
       Is this only thing I need to apply? Any other things?
       How long usually does it take to get the AP?

    2. Can you share any thing I need to be aware before leaving?

      Yes. AP only
      Check http://www.trackitt.com for the processing time. usually it takes about a month, but some cases it takes max 3 months.
