I got a letter from school that W-2 and 1040NR-EZ are “available”
I worked at the school cafeteria since August 2008. I was looking through my pay slips and realized that they did not take any tax away from me. To me more exact, at first they took out about 6~10 % (I can’t remember for sure), but after few weeks they reimbursed the net tax paid to one paycheck and did not take any more tax from then (I think that was when I filled out some documents about being Korean and tax treaty..)

So, even though I cannot get any returns, do I need to fill it out too?
