Job Description Summary The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of our Global Sales team. The incumbent is responsible for qualifying inbound inquiries and participating in proactive outbound marketing campaigns. Collaborating with our marketing, outside sales and product management teams, the Inside Sales Representative is focused on generating business by identifying and landing new logos and expanding the company's footprint within existing customers. The Inside Sales Representative will be accountable for ensuring efforts and activities are aligned with meeting or exceeding their quarterly and annual assigned sales goals, and meeting KPIs including but not limited to, timely lead actions, following proper workflow, engaging customers and identifying opportunities. Engage and qualify inbound inquiries 20% of time • Will engage with assigned inbound inquiries within 24 hours of receiving the lead • Inbound leads will be processed in a timely manner following established workflow •Will create new opportunities and collaborate with account owners on qualified leads as is most appropriate for each situation Order Processing & Quoting 60% of time • Send product quotations to customers • Receive PO’s and process through ACE systems • Send order confirmation to customer • Process RMA’s and execute advanced replacement • Collaborate with account owners on all activity relating to the above as appropriate for each situation Reporting 20% of time • Weekly Inventory • Weekly Sales Activity – Revenue Report to Management • Maintain forecasts in collaboration with Sales / Product / Operational Teams • Create Quarterly Business Review(QBR) report to management (and customers if needed). Technical Skills • Business writing skills • Professional phone communication • MS Office suite • LinkedIn (desired) Qualifications and Attributes • 2+ years experience in an inside sales role or customer service • A passion for learning about new technology and innovation • Collaborative in nature but able to self motivate • Diligent with team and overall company communications (esp with regards to policies) • Bi/Lingual – English & Korean, Spanish is a bonus Working Conditions • Office / Home Office setting I agree to the terms of service Update List
