<Job Summary>
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. <Responsibilities>

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise plumbing layouts
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and other construction tools effectively and safely
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations and repairs
Conduct remodeling work by assembling new plumbing components or upgrading existing systems in commercial or residential settings
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing tasks with carpentry, HVAC, and other trades on site
Follow safety protocols rigorously while working on construction sites to prevent accidents or injuries
Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems using mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
Read schematics accurately to identify system layouts and troubleshoot problems efficiently
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed
<Experience>

Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and repair
Knowledge of construction plumbing practices including pipe threading, welding, and assembly techniques
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems such as HVAC is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, and basic math calculations required for measurements and layouts

Valid state license as a plumber is mandatory; additional certifications in welding or HVAC are advantageous
Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction plumbing activities
