The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience with employment-based immigration matters, specifically in preparing H-1B, L-1s, E-2s, TNs, PERM, I-140 and I-485. Tasks Performed, May Include: • Assist with employment-based cases, as well as some family-based and naturalization cases; • Draft forms and support letters for review by attorney’s and senior team members; • Prepare petition and application packages before submission to government agencies; • Organize and maintain accurate records in immigration case management systems for all assigned matters; • Review intake documentation needed for specific case types to ensure accuracy and completeness; • Perform statutory, case law and public records research to understand legal requirements that apply to specific cases, when necessary; Requirements • Degree from accredited college or university. • Fluency in Korean and/or Mandarin is preferred; • Outstanding case management and organizational skills; • Proficiency with basic computer software and immigration programs; • Strong communications and writing skills with attention to detail; and Please submit your resume at heejin.lim@nelsonmullins.com.
