안녕하세요 저의 미국시민자의 어머니가 한국에 계신 아버지를 미국에 초청하려고 하시는데요 
모든 paperwork를 맞쳐고 이번달 1/20/23에  한국에서 비자 인터뷰 잡혔다고 이메일이 왔습니다. 
그런데 문제가 만약 인터뷰가 통과되고 비자가 나오면 6개월정도 안에 미국에와야 된다고 하는데요. 
미국에서 영주권 받기까지 절차가 어떻게 되는지 자세히좀 알고 싶습니다. 아버지가 아직 한국에서 경비원으로  2년정도 일을 더하셔야하는데 1주일 이상은 자리를 비울수가 없어서요.

1. 미국에와서 영주권이 나오기까지 얼마정도 걸리는지, 영주권이 나오기전에 한국에 돌아가면 문제가 되는지 또 한국에서 미국영주권자 신분으로 일할수 있는지요 
2. I-131 신청하면 해외에 최대 2년까지 있을수 있다고하는데 구글에 B5en.pdf 검색하셔서 보면 "You should file your Form I-131 no fewer than 60 days before you intend to travel abroad."- 이말은 신청하고 최소 60일은 미국에 있어야 된다는말인가요? 
3. 만약 I-131이 승인이 안된다고 하더라고  한국가서 1년안에만 미국에 잠시 들어왔다 다시 나갈수 있는것인지요?
4. In the worst case scenario, 비자 인터뷰를 연기할수 있는지요, 2년정도 연기할수 있는지 연기하면 상황에 따라 visa가 안나올수도 있는지요..
