a) Principle Responsibilities :
• Daily use of SAP
• Proper collection and allocation of sales and shipping documents.
• Invoicing clients and processing invoices for sales related costs.
• Review accuracy of information on Purchase Order; pricing, fees, item numbers, etc.
• Communicate with customers and HQ regarding cost, billing, payment and shipment issues.
• Analyze costs and sales pricing.
• Manage schedule for customer event (New Project).
• Manage schedule for customer EO.
• Maintenance and update frequency for drawing.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.b) Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Passionate and takes initiative
• Bilingual (Korean & English) both verbal & written
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft, especially Excel)
• Adaptive to multi-projects with different items
• Ability to learn, comprehend and apply new concept quickly
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external customer
• Eligible to work in the U.S (Visa Sponsorship available)6. 지원방법
