• Daily use of SAP –> Sales & Purchasing
• Proper collection and allocation of sales and shipping documents. –> Logistics
• Invoicing clients and processing invoices for sales related costs. –> Sales (Account manager)
• Review accuracy of information on Purchase Order; pricing, fees, item numbers, etc. –> Sales & Program Manager
• Communicate with customers and HQ regarding cost, billing, payment and shipment issues. –> Sales & Logistics
• Analyze costs and sales pricing.–> Sales (Account manager)
• Manage schedule for customer event (New Project). –> Sales (New business development)
• Manage schedule for customer EO. –> Program manager & Engineering
• Maintenance and update frequency for drawing. –> Engineering
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. –> ??
